I used to use this app all of the time. I was a very loyal user. Now it crashes constantly on the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 8 Plus. The price has gone way up and the app is almost useless. I cannot finish a single document anymore. I will be requesting a refund on my subscription.

Surprise, you’ll be charged $120-$180 upfront to upgrade for simple features. Forget $4.99-$9.99/month or something. What a waste of time.

Saves me so much time printing and signing.... I have to sign a lot of contract.... very simple.

It crashes nonstop and I cant complete a single item with it. Entirely worthless and they make you pay a year up front for $119.

It’s unfortunate that this company has decided to exclude those individuals that use their service on a limited biases. You now need to pay a minimum of $10 per month for this service, which is crazy if you only need to sign a 1 or 2 documents. That’s like signing up for an unlimited cell plan and making a couple calls a month. I will be using another sign app as a result. Just my opinion.

The new version takes a little getting acquainted with. Recent Changes are not an improvement. Price is not as good as previous version.

THE APP WAS A VERY GOOD APP. HOWEVER, SINCE THE UPDATE IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. AND SUPPORT DOESNT HELP. THEY JUST TELL YOU TO DELETE AND REACQUIRE. THIS DOES NOTHING. AND WHEN YOURE PAYING FOR AN APP, YOU EXPECT MORE.

I mean seriously, its way more expensive than it should be. Its disappointing theres no longer a pay-as-you-need option. $9.99 per month is the cost of Photoshop and Lightroom! For something Ill use to sign 4-5 documents per month $9.99 is way too steep. Maybe $2.99 or $3.99 per month would be more reasonable... or for $120 it should be unlimited/forever, not just for a year. It seems a great program its just insanely over priced.

I find this to be most convenient. I have filled out a multitude of forms and documents. Recommended to me by my banker, must have for any busy business traveller. Improvements could be a larger field to drag small entries for clumsy fingers.

A+++ great app, always works, never crashes and always there in a pinch when I need to sign something on the fly! Good job guys.

I virtually use this app for all the times I have to sign paperwork and send it to somebody. Super easy to use and integrates nicely with my email. It would be nice not to have to zoom as much but that’s a small hindrance.

I just downloaded this app to sign some real estate documents and it worked perfectly. Very easy to use. Worth the download and helps when you cant be somewhere in person

The app is pretty simple to use. It really beats having to print and fill out documents, then scan them so that you can email them.

From a longtime user of this app, I love the updates youve made! If I were to make a suggestion it would be to allow folders within the app for sorting files, but thats about it. Thanks!

Let’s you spend 15 minutes editing a document and then stifs you when you try and save it. If it were priced decently I would buy it but I don’t think it’s reasonable to charge someone $10/mo to sign PDFs. That’s what I pay for Netflix. Does this company really think their service is as valuable as Netflix?
